The Reside team is lead by Marlon Cosmas, Nick Hodgson and Heath Kamins.

All trained in New Zealand as apprentices, and have decades of experience in the building industry.

Formed in 2018, Nick, previously owned his own successful company – Nixin Builders, based in Tauranga - and Marlon, who returned to NZ having owned a successful residential building company based in London - JAM Builders - saw an opportunity to combine their experience, skills and understanding to create Reside Construction Ltd. Heath started out as an apprentice with Nick, and is now one of the 3 Company Directors of Reside.

Together, they share decades of building experience and a wealth of industry knowledge. They possess a strong sense of craftsmanship, and a passion for creating bespoke and high-end architectural homes.
